Triskele labyrinth is a 3-part sacred experience for the mind, body, and soul. A 'triskele' is a triple spiral symbol, which represents rotational symmetry, thus there are 3 stages to the experience. Each stage travels vertically in a spiral shape as you advance to the next. The journey begins in the basement, working its way up to the top floor and back down, ending the journey in the basement once again. In Triskele Labyrinth, the central atrium acts as an anchor point. 

The 3 stages are set up in the following order: Release, Receive, and Integrate. 

'Release' is experienced through the Meander Walk, 'Receive' is experienced through the Studio, and 'Integrate' is experienced through the Exhibition. Visitors interact with each stage in their own personal way depending on what they are dealing with and what their mind, body, or soul needs at the time.
